**james cogley** - Director

With construction expertise spanning Ireland, Western Australia & the UK, James brings a wealth of experience to the company he founded. James ensures client expectations are exceeded on his projects thanks to his responsiveness, adaptability, as well as an eye for detail. The Irish native holds an honours degree in structural engineering from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
After a couple of years working with Structerre, one of Western Australia’s largest residential consultancies, James moved to London’s Green Structural Engineering. Over the course of six years at Green, James managed large-scale projects such as educational facilities, new-build care homes, and high-end residential refurbishments.
A fixture in Richmond, James captains the first team at AFA Premier Division side Fulham Compton FC.

Our Team

Manolis Papadantonakis - Senior Structural Engineer

Manolis Papadantonakis BEng, MEng (Hons), CEng, MIStructE. A passionate Structural Engineer. Following his graduation from the University of Leeds, he gained valuable experience in medium sized practices in London on projects varying from small extensions and conversions to multi-storey towers and data centres. He is a Chartered Member of IStructE with experience in working with all the primary structural materials.

Abel de Souza - Senior Structural Technician

Abel de Souza is a highly skilled BIM Structural Technician with 24 years experience in creating 3D models from CAD designs. He holds an HNC in Civil Engineering and has worked on multi-million pound construction projects, providing him with extensive experience in structural engineering detailing/ draughting. Abel’s expertise in both CAD & 3D modelling makes him a valuable asset to CSS.

Harry Skinner – Structural BIM Manager

Harry Skinner Meng (Hons) started in career in 2002 as a draughtsman apprentice in Basel, Switzerland. He has since worked for a number of companies throughout Switzerland, Germany & London. The projects he has worked on range from London private houses to high rise buildings in Europe. Harry manages a team of dedicated BIM technicians who constantly seek new ways to increase productivity.
