Feasibility Studies

We offer this service in order to provide clients with a degree of understanding that their proposals are in fact structurally viable, thus enabling them to make an informed decision before embarking on potentially costly planning applications/ development purchases. This is particularly important if there are challenging site/ boundary constraints or poor ground conditions.

Proposing to add an additional storey to an existing building? We can carry out some background research and specify localised investigation works to determine feasibility.

3D Modelling & BIM

BIM is fundamentally the modelling of a project in 3D. It enables seamless collaboration between the design team as it is a shared resource. We believe this is a fantastic way of illustrating the key areas of a project to invested personnel both externally & within the design team. We are delighted to produce our structural drawings using 3D modelling as required.

Temporary Works Design

Temporary Works (or enabling works) are an important part of the construction process. They assist the contractor on site in terms of health & safety during construction activities. ‘The best from of temporary works is no temporary works’ – this can be achieved by clever sequencing techniques to utilise the permanent structure.
